Ralph C. Wilson Jr. Centennial Park / Connecting Detroit's Southwest Greenway to the Riverfront, Ralph C. Wilson Jr. Centennial Park spans approximately half a mile along the Detroit River. Jeffrey L. Winslow, Neumann/Smith's Project Manager, led the team on a site tour to review the progress. Highlights included the Huron-Clinton Metroparks Water Garden and the oval concrete structures designated for restroom facilities and the William Davidson Sport House. The new MONSTRUM installations bring larger-than-life Michigan wildlife to the Delta Dental Play Garden, featuring play structures such as a bear, beaver, fox, and fish for children to enjoy. In collaboration with the Detroit Riverfront Conservancy, Adjaye Associates, Domingo Gonzalez, and Michael Van Valkenburgh Associates, we are diligently working towards completing the park for its grand opening in 2025. #neumannsmith #adjayeassociates #detroitriverfront #community #park #detroit #southwestgreenway #playground #michigan #landscape #architecture

BNP Media / BNP’s new workplace reflects their culture through warm tones and communal spaces, which includes one shared office for their three co-CEOs. Embracing the theme of “hub and home,” the new office truly showcases their history in print throughout the lobby, collaboration spaces, and flexible work café. The new space offers hoteling desks in the center, serving as a central hub, with window-lined offices along the perimeter. Greater Midland Community Center / The new facility offers state-of-the-art programs and amenities for all ages, , enhancing inclusivity and accessibility in the community. Three wings are connected by a central concourse: Gymnasium/Natatorium, Early Childhood Education (ECE), and Community. Features includea double gym, multipurpose pool and spa, ECE classrooms, running track and 24/7 fitness. This week, Clark Construction, along with our clients, trade partners, and design teams gathered to celebrate the official topping out ceremony for the new Oakland Hills Country Club clubhouse which is part of their "Next 100 Project". Van Buren Community Center / We are thrilled to have celebrated the ribbon cutting of the VBC! The project includes a 22,400 square foot addition and a revamped, accessible community center.
