This week's #MondayMotivation come from Tyler Chase: "Meaningful achievements don't happen by chance; they are the result of consistent effort and determination" Tips for Consistent Effort and Determination: Set Clear #Goals: Begin your week by setting specific, achievable goals. Having clear targets helps maintain focus. Stay Organized: Use tools like to-do lists, calendars, and #projectmanagement apps to keep your tasks in order and prioritize effectively. Take Breaks: Consistency doesn't mean non-stop work. Short, regular breaks can boost productivity and keep your mind sharp. Seek Support: Don't hesitate to #askforhelp or collaborate with your teammates. Sharing knowledge and resources makes us all stronger. Reflect and Adjust: At the end of each day or week, take a moment to reflect on what worked well and where you can improve. This ongoing adjustment is key to long-term success.

  • We are still celebrating #NursesWeek because we have so amazing nurses to feature! Today we are hearing Schevonne Depass’ story - LPN, Emergency Room , 4.5 Years LPN “I have always wanted to be a nurse, ever since I can remember. Growing up from a family that immigrated from Jamaica to the United States, we always viewed the #healthcare field as one with high esteem. My mom re-instilled the importance of #nursing and healthcare as a profession, and it inspired me to want to become a nurse as I grew older. As I got older, I found that life got in the way of reaching my dream of becoming a #nurse. I had made my way in the healthcare field as a medical assistant, but it was not enough to me, I had to make my dream a reality. I still always wanted to become a nurse. I made the decision to go back to school at the age of 38. Going back later is intimidating at first but I found it incredibly rewarding. I found some aspects challenging when it came to balancing work and family and other aspects of life. However, going back to school later in life, I found that I was more focused and prepared to take on the journey. I went back to school with a purpose. It is truly never too late to follow your dream. It does not matter where you are in life – if you have a vision and a goal; never let timing get in the way.  I would say the best part of my job is being able to offer my patients any sort of comfort. We commonly see patients in some of the worse stages of their lives. Being able to help them feel more comfortable, hopeful, at ease is incredibly rewarding. Whether it be giving them a blanket, socks, reassurance, a squeeze of the hand – some of the smallest gestures can mean so much to the quality of care. I would also say I take a lot of pride in my specialty and with the multidisciplinary group that I work with. Knowing that my co-workers can rely on me to deliver care and assist within my scope drives me to work harder. I have been offered new staff to help train and I know that my efforts as a nurse are being recognized and appreciated. It is a great feeling. I will say that every interaction I have had with Mitchell Martin Healthcare & Paris Archung so far has been incredibly responsive and helpful. I have been a part of the company for a year and some change, and I have felt like I am being listened to. Paperwork is being handled and communicated. I have really felt heard and understood by my recruiter. I genuinely feel like they care.” #nursesmakethedifference

  • We had too many amazing nurses to feature that we had to extend #NursesWeek! Meet Melodi Spearman, MS/Tele RN! "Taking care of other people is something that I always did naturally so becoming a nurse only made sense. What is the best part of my job? Working three days a week lol. Making a difference and seeing the progress of my patients from when they first got to the hospital until when their discharged. The people I’ve encountered at Mitchell Martin Healthcare, like Christina Impellizeri, have really gone out of their way for me to make sure my needs were met. Everyone is polite & professional ❤️"

Let’s keep it going for #NursesWeek! Today we are featuring: Vivianna Grant RN. “I have been a nurse for 5 years. I became a nurse because of my mom who is also a #nurse. I heard her talk about her experiences and saw how fulfilled she was when recanting stories. The best part of my job is seeing my patients get better and seeing how appreciative they are after I give them care. What I like about Mitchell Martin Healthcare & Kiki Schocket is how accessible they are and how attentive they are to detail.” #nursesmakethedifference #healthcareheroes
