About us
Mission Partners guides purpose-driven organizations in realizing their greatest social impact. We provide strategic planning, visioning, and communications services for purpose driven organizations—often during critical moments of organizational transition—that ensure growth, stability, and differentiation in often crowded markets. In the past decade, we’ve counseled hundreds of foundations, nonprofit organizations, and social impact organizations as well as the partners who fund and support their work. We’ve helped organizations refine their strategies, increase their impact and amplify their stories. We track and measure progress every step of the way. And we regularly invest our own dollars and time back into the clients we represent. All because we know that every bit we can do to share and strengthen a powerful idea will leave this place, a better place. As a Certified B Corporation, we pledge to foster a radically inclusive and richly regenerative economy. Our company voluntarily invests in meeting significantly higher standards of sustainability, governance and giving back to the community in our daily operations. At Mission Partners, we believe business is a force for good and we are committed to providing an environment of mutual respect for all employees and partners. We believe the more inclusive we are, the better our work will be.

💭 “Mission Partners led with a very inclusive process that allowed us to involve diverse voices in the decision-making process and get community buy-in for our marketing.” - Justin (JP) Pasquariello, Executive Director of East Boston Social Centers. We had the privilege of working with our friends at the East Boston Social Centers to strengthen their communication through a comprehensive brand refresh. They found value in our inclusive approach to strategic communications for brand awareness, which in the long run, helped them better reach their diverse community of families with unique needs. If you’re struggling to advance equity, inclusion, and belonging in your organization or your communications, Mission Partners can help. Whether we’re planning a road trip or a change of course in our organization’s strategy, the clearer the roadmap, the better the outcome. Moving from complexity to simplicity is an important factor in moving a big idea forward. When we know what needs to be done, by when, and with whom, that daunting trip from here to there starts to feel more manageable. You can start to feel in control of the plan, rather than the plan controlling you. How can leaders of #SocialImpact organizations build equitable pipelines of leadership to sustain their missions? In this rebroadcast episode, Carrie Fox is joined by Christina Legg Greenberg, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of diversity-focused talent management firm Edgility Consulting to solve this question. How can social impact organizations close skills gaps in order to nurture well-rounded leaders? Where are potential successors today, and what experiences do they need to get them ready? How can succession planning apply to all levels? True #SuccessionPlanning requires looking beyond ego to the future health of the institution and its social mission. As Greenberg says, “What I would just tell people about this process is it’s hard and daunting and scary, but just take it in bite-sized pieces."
