This person is responsible for the completion of a Functional Behavioral Assessment (FBA) and the development, implementation, and review of an individualized Behavior Support Plan (BSP) or Behavior Guidelines for residents presenting with behavioral challenges. A familiar face is back! Brad Pearson has joined Mary Cariola Center’s Advancement Department in the newly created role of Major Gifts Officer. The position is responsible for identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding a range of new and existing donors and prospects. Brad has spent the past eleven years working in healthcare advancement with Rochester Regional Health and the University of Rochester Medical Center. Prior to that, Brad spent more than ten years at Mary Cariola Center where he served as a classroom teacher, school administrator, and Director of Agency Advancement. A United States Air Force veteran, Brad completed his Master’s Degree in Literacy Education at St. John Fisher University and a Bachelor's Degree in Special Education at SUNY Geneseo.
