And the week continues - at the Google + Madrona event, Tim Porter spoke with Vishal Sood, Matt Fisher and James Kalani Lee at Google in Seattle about building a #GenAI company from the ground up. "Be Unreasonable" in your goals Vishal shared - and both Typeface and Daydream have seen the incredible ramp and done just that! Other advice was to always focus on what you can bring to the AI conversation - an intense focus on your specific customers, data and understanding how AI can change their lives. The big models are a start for app builders. Thanks to Katie Chiupka, Raghav Baldania and Subhadeep Chatterjee for helping to make it happen!

What a great event with Amazon Web Services (AWS) yesterday. First a discussion with founders of AI startups who are on the front lines of building and helping customers implement. Then S. Somasegar and Swami Sivasubramanian talked about the progress of open models and the potential for agentic workflows. Thanks GeekWire for coming and this thoughtful piece!
Swami Sivasubramanian, Amazon Web Services vice president of AI and data, said there will be no single AI model that rules the world.
