Last Friday, the project team took a break from their hard work to celebrate with lunch, courtesy of Jimmy's Old Southern BBQ. Through our unique Risk Awareness program, we record any Hazards/At-Risk Behaviors, as well as Positive Observations. This program allows us to keep safety at the forefront of everything we do. 🎉Please join LS Black Development in celebrating a significant milestone as we mark the successful closing of The Preserve at Mustang Creek. Situated in the heart of Round Rock, Texas, this project spans 11.5 acres and features eight 3-story walk-up residential buildings, providing quality homes to 252 families. Units range from 1 to 4 bedrooms and will serve residents with incomes at both 30% and 60% Area Median Income (AMI). These apartment homes are complemented by a central amenity area boasting a clubhouse, pool, and playground. Construction of the $88 million project will be completed in three phases, with the first doors opening in late 2024. 🏗️ Unit amenities include spacious units with balconies/patios, kitchens with granite countertops, and side-by-side washers and dryers included. The clubhouse boasts a fitness center with on-demand classes, community rooms, and on-site management space. Outdoors, residents will enjoy a resort-style pool, grills, and seating areas. The project will have both an interior and exterior playground, with after-school programs in a dedicated supportive service space to be serviced by Rainbow Housing Assistance Corporation. The project will also have a large solar carport installation that will offset 90-100% of the common electricity use.
