This #PrideMonth, we're flying the Progress Pride flag at several Lab locations. 🏳️🌈 Prism, the Lab's LGBTQ+ employee resource group, raised the flag in a ceremony that included Lab Director Thom Mason and associate Lab director for Infrastructure and Capital Projects David Teter. "Pride Month is an opportunity for all of us at the Lab to become more aware of issues faced by those in the LGBTQ+ community," said Teter, Prism’s leadership champion. "Having an active and engaged LGBTQ+ ERG at the Lab helps promote equality within our organization, and having a diverse workforce enhances innovation, collaboration and problem-solving — some essential aspects of the work we do here to serve the mission." #Pride2024
