We are excited to welcome Jenn Manelski officially to the team. Jenn started with us as an intern and just joined our team full time in our Chicago office. Linea's internship program is an important part of who we are; it helps us cultivate talent and create a diverse, robust workforce to drive the energy transition forward. Jenn is the third intern we've hired on board full-time. We also have a new class of interns with us for the summer in our San Francisco office. We love having their fresh ideas and energy. We are developers, which also means we're in the business of developing people, applying our dedication to constant improvement from the interns to the CEO.

This spring I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Loyola University Chicago with a B.S. in Environmental Science and a minor in Sustainable Business Management. These past four years have been an incredible learning experience. I am beyond grateful for all the connections and memories I have made. Since graduating, I have been working as an analyst on the development team at Linea Energy . Very thankful I get to work with such an amazing and knowledgeable team of people to accelerate the clean energy transition! In the fall, I will continue my journey at Loyola to pursue a Master’s degree in Environmental Sustainability, with a focus on law and policy.

Linea is excited to participate in SF Climate Week. With clear signs of shockingly rapid load growth, such as ERCOT's recently released staggering projection of 62 gigawatts of new demand by 2030, developers and power generators have an enormous opportunity and challenge to deliver.
