Lillie's Home

Lillie's Home is a trauma responsive community organization that takes an integrative approach to end chronic homelessness, dismantle social isolation and foster relationship building by offering placed based services. We are purposed to redefine home. We will do this by providing long term supportive housing program for women who are pregnant and up to a year post-partum with their infant. We will provide non-residential mental and behavioral health services including clinical case management, wellness programming and other supportive services to support the entire family.
