We appreciate our customers’ patience while crews continue working safely and as quickly as possible to restore power for our customers impacted by today’s storms. Crews are repairing broken poles, damaged equipment and downed power lines in west Louisville where an EF-1 tornado touched down near Woodland and Olive Streets earlier this afternoon. Our crews are also responding to damage in the area of Pee Wee Reese and Taylorsville Roads where eight poles were broken. Always assume any downed wire is an active power line, stay away and call us immediately. Visit LGE-KU.com/storm to track outages and find other important safety information.
-
In observance of the Independence Day holiday, our call centers will be closed on Thursday, July 4. We'll still be working around the clock to meet our customers' energy needs and respond to any issues as needed. You can also use our convenient self-service options—available anytime, 24/7— to make payments, access your account, report and track power outages, and more. Just visit lge-ku.com/selfserve to get started.
