Committed to delivering the best outcomes for our clients on planning, design and construction projects.

About us

We have over 20 years experience representing and advocating for owners on large-scale construction projects. Our expertise is balancing the competing demands of budget, schedule and quality to deliver a project that exceeds the Owner’s goals. We understand Owner interests......We get it. We’ve been advocating for owners’ interests on large-scale, high-profile construction projects for over 20 years. We have represented Fortune 500 companies, world-renowned institutions, public authorities, national developers, national REITs, and non-profits. We realize that many of our clients’ jobs and responsibilities don’t normally revolve around a complicated construction project. While representing your interests, we try to shoulder the day-to-day responsibilities of the project so you can continue to do what you do best. We also know that some Owners want to be very involved, while others prefer to take a more minimal role. Either way, we maintain focus on established goals, develop solutions to minimize constraints, and work to build consensus among stakeholders in a collaborative fashion. Each of our staff brings his or her own experience, expertise and ideas, but ALL of us share the same commitment: delivering the best outcomes for our clients.

The Driscoll School Project Team held an in-person Geothermal Primer last week to address questions and curiosity from parents and neighbors. McPhail Associates, LLC, as the designer of the system, did a short presentation followed by Q&A and then Gilbane Building Company led a site-walk to look at the work in progress. In order to help satisfy the community’s interest in coming to the event, we at LeftField developed several informational slides using easy-to-understand graphics as you can see attached, as well as project-specific photos. The event was a great success in educating the community around the sustainable efforts being made on this exciting project!

Those that know me will agree when I say that I take my work personally, and that rings especially true for the recent passage of this generational investment in South Kingstown’s public schools. I’m proud to have worked alongside the dedicated members of the School Building Committee in delivering this opportunity for the educational community in SK.

"Craig’s very first day on the job consisted of interviewing for a $150m project… and knocking it out of the park. Ultimately, we were awarded the project within days and he was off and running. Craig’s authentic demeanor coupled with his command of the subject matter is what draws you in. His strong architectural background combined with his sound OPM expertise gives him instant credibility with our clients and project team members. He is organized, detail-oriented and brings real perspective to the table. We are lucky to have him on our team!" - Jim Rogers, Principal and Owner of LeftField

"At the start of 2020, Linda left the corporate interior construction world to start a Corporate Interiors group for us. Little did we know, a pandemic was brewing which ultimately made starting that group, let alone pursuing work in that sector, very difficult. However, that didn’t stop Linda from persevering. She jumped right into our Life Science and Public K-12 work and flourished. With her infectious can-do attitude, she is the first to jump in when there is a need. Linda is a strong communicator, organized, and always there when you need her. We are so lucky to have someone like Linda on our team!" - Jim Rogers, Principal and Owner of LeftField

As this year’s Keynote Sponsor, we couldn’t be more thrilled to help kick off the Society for College and University Planning (SCUP) North Atlantic 2024 Regional Conference surrounded by our friends and colleagues who have helped shape us as a firm, and more importantly who have been able to share in our many successes. Here is our Director of Business Strategy, Meagan Charbonneau, introducing the Keynote Moderator, Mara Hermano, who did a fantastic job leading 4 brilliant students of local colleges and universities in the discussion around the Power of Place. A truly thought-provoking exchange of perspectives!

"A little over a year ago, we decided to extend our footprint in the Rhode Island K-12 market, consistent with what we have done here in Massachusetts. Shortly thereafter, we met Chris Spiegel. Chris’s deep understanding of the RIDE process, coupled with his relationships in the Ocean State, has contributed to LeftField becoming a major player in the Rhode Island K-12 OPM market with close to $600M in new projects. Chris’s project management experience, alongside his written and verbal communication skills, have made him a respected and well regarded member of the Rhode Island K-12 community. We very much appreciate Chris’s efforts and am grateful to have him as a part of the LeftField team." - Jim Rogers, Principal and Owner of LeftField
