Little Cooper wasn't just interested in the big equipment at our Highland's Ranch Hospital expansion—his enthusiastic daily waves to the crew sparked something unexpected: 𝐚 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐋𝐚𝐲𝐭𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬. While construction can be disruptive, we're committed to being a good neighbor. We take steps to minimize noise and traffic impact, and we go to great lengths to keep our jobsites clean. 𝙁𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙙𝙞𝙧𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙙𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙞𝙣 𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙧𝙙 𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚.   Take flight with us over Central Point III, a 1.2M SF warehouse we recently completed in #Visalia, CA. This impressive facility, built for CapRock Partners, sits on 75 acres and boasts some impressive statistics:   •           𝙎𝙞𝙩𝙚 𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙥: Moved 483,000 cubic yards of dirt during mass grading. •           𝘾𝙪𝙧𝙗 𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙚𝙖𝙡: Laid down 20,560 linear feet of concrete curb—nearly four miles long. •           𝙍𝙤𝙘𝙠 𝙨𝙤𝙡𝙞𝙙 𝙛𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣: Hauled in 2,700 truckloads of base rock and poured over 74,404 yards of concrete. •           𝙎𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙨𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙙: Bolted 675 tons of structural steel in place.   From the unique site constraints to the 274 expertly placed overhead doors, Central Point III showcases the precision and teamwork that goes into every project we tackle. We also extend a big thank you to our dedicated trade partners for helping us get this project turned over within a very accelerated timeframe of 11 months.

Attention sports fanatics in northern #Utah! ⚽🏀🏓🏈 The redevelopment of Western Sports Park (formerly Legacy Events Center) is taking shape. Designed to meet the needs of Davis County's growing community, this project includes: 🎾 A 180,000 SF events building with 2,700 fixed seats and the ability to add 3,700 temporary seats, bringing total capacity to 6,000 🎾 Upgraded outdoor sports fields for soccer, lacrosse, Ultimate Frisbee, and other activities With 35% of its population under age 19, Davis County Government is focusing on youth sports through this development. Our ongoing partnership with the county allows us to create comprehensive venues like Western Sports Park, which will serve as a hub for local athletics and events.

Landing the general award at the Daily Journal of Commerce Oregon Top Project awards, Project Basie boasts some staggering stats: • One of #Oregon's largest buildings and the company's largest fulfillment center in the Northwest • 3.8 million SF of fulfillment space spread across five floors on a 90-acre site • Massive expansion joint ranging from 8 to 21 inches wide • 30-foot safety bubble for everyone on site Facing a compressed timeframe, our team delivered this complex project with precision and speed. We implemented innovative solutions to tackle the high seismic hazard, including a year-long coordination effort to design and install the building-spanning expansion joint. Safety remained a top focus. Our Personal Safety Management Program set a new standard in construction safety, empowering every team member to identify and mitigate hazards.
