We are pleased to announce that Missouri Lawyers Media has recognized Brian Eisemann as one of their 2024 Unsung Legal Heroes in the Administrative Support Specialist category. The award was created to recognize the employees on whom attorneys rely day in and day out to consistently support their efforts. As a service specialist at the firm, Brian is a jack of all trades and had the distinction of working on an exoneration case, helping attorneys win freedom for a man who was convicted of a murder he did not commit. Please help us converting him from unsung status to regular hero. Congratulations, Brian! State legislation continues to fill the void left in the absence of a comprehensive federal privacy law. Businesses and organizations that handle personal data must comply with multiple federal sectoral, state and sometimes global data privacy laws.
