Thank you to everyone who attended the 5th edition of our Fast Growth Summit at the New York Times Center - it was an inspiring day rich with thought-provoking talks and industry-focused networking. It’s been amazing to watch this summit grow over the years. Stay tuned for the next one, we’re coming to Berlin!   A special thank you goes to all speakers and to our sponsors HSBC Innovation Banking, Goodwin, KTG, and Metalab. We also loved co-hosting the opening reception with Forecast Labs at the Rockefeller Center and the closing breakfast with Primary Venture Partners.

Thank you for the shout-out, Cassie! We're proud to partner with the Women On Boards Project, helping place talented women in board positions. If you're a leader in the Consumer space considering taking on a board role, or an investor or founder interested in learning about the benefits of diversifying your board, let’s connect.

Executive Director of the Women On Boards Project, Former Talent Partner at VMG Partners

Partner Appreciation Post: Thank you KTG ❤️ When we started the Women On Boards Project four years ago, we knew we needed to build partnerships with folks that intimately knew the candidates we wanted to place. That was (and continues to be) part of our secret sauce, after all. We are putting together a slate of candidates that, in some cases, we’ve known for years and can extensively describe their career successes and leadership approach. But (for good reason), we were skeptical we could ever partner with a search firm because, frankly, nearly all of them take the approach of “what’s in it for me”. But not KTG. Edward Koller III, Kristin Tucker, Sarah Spellman and the entire KTG team are different… they get it. They joined our organization in its infancy and are such a critical component of how we operate and why it’s worked. Fast forward, Kristin became a board member of the W Project and together we waddled our very pregnant bodies across NYC and SF meeting with our incredible sponsors. They’re dear friends. And most importantly, they’re exceptionally talented at what they do - both in their capacity supporting the W Project but also leading executive search across the consumer industry. If your company is expanding its executive team, I hope they’re the first partners you call. And if your career has been impacted by their hard work, I hope you’ll give them a shoutout of love in the comments too.

Congratulations to Tim Rosa on his new role as Chief Executive Officer at the pioneering sleep science company, StimScience. Tim will be scaling their next-gen Somnee sleep wearables to improve sleep onset, duration, and quality. It was a pleasure partnering with the StimScience and the Khosla Ventures team on this search. We're excited for the big things ahead and wish Tim and the team abundant success.

Exciting news! We’re thrilled to officially announce and welcome Tim Rosa, a key business leader and trailblazer in the consumer wearables space, as Chief Executive Officer at StimScience. If decades of consumer brand experience weren't enough, Tim brings a proven track record of scaling startups into industry leaders. Like with the wellness wearable giant Fitbit, which he scaled from a start-up into a top 20 consumer brand and the biggest CE IPO in history, developing well over 140 million devices before selling Fitbit to Google. Turning his talents now to solving the world’s sleep epidemic, Tim will take a page out of his own playbook to lead and scale StimScience’s consumer business, Somnee, to become the first neuroscience-based sleep wearable that's both a lab-grade diagnostic and therapeutic helping people with sleep onset, duration, and depth. #leadership #future #CEO #entrepreneur #sleepawareness https://lnkd.in/ghgkbaBZ
