On this day in 1975, President Ford visited the Auschwitz memorial and paid his respects with a flower wreath placed by two United States Marines. In the memorial's guest book, he wrote "This monument and the memory of those it honors inspire us further to the dedicated pursuit of peace, cooperation, and security for all peoples."

"Leadership is not so much about technique and methods as it is about opening the heart. Leadership is about inspiration—of oneself and of others. Great leadership is about human experiences, not processes. Leadership is not a formula or a program, it is a human activity that comes from the heart and considers the hearts of others. It is an attitude, not a routine."— Lance Secretan Check out our blog at: https://lnkd.in/e4Pzep_E
