Over the course of the quarter, Dan will be taking feedback from the team and others on the most important traits of leadership. It is bittersweet to write that Danny Passinault will be leaving KJM Consulting in May. Bitter for obvious reasons, but sweet because: 📖 Dan is furthering his education ... he was accepted into Notre Dame where he will pursue his Masters in Education under the ACE Program (Alliance for Catholic Education). We are thrilled for Dan to continue his passion of leading and molding the minds of our future (and Kris Morris is jealous that he will be a South Bend Alum). ⚾ We will be back-filling Dan's role with another Hillsdale College baseball player, Zak Kent, who is majoring in Finance and will be entering his Senior year in the Fall. We wish the best to Dan as he pursues his life-long dream of attending Notre Dame and welcome Zak onboard. #GoIrish #GoChargers

Last week, I had my first official Board Meeting as the Treasurer of the Board at Ivywood Classical Academy. Ivywood is a charter school in Plymouth that brings classical education to the community (based on Hillsdale's BCSI). As a firm believer in the Socratic teaching method, I could not be more excited to help serve our community and this great school. A few quick facts: -The school opened in 2019 and will serve K-12 -We secured land next to Northridge Church to build our future campus -Currently open for re-enrollment and new enrollment starts 19-Feb -The team is always open for in-person tours and would love to show you and your kids through our current space If you have any questions, please reach out!
