Monark Grove Clarkston was developed, built, and is currently owned by KIRCO & KIRCO MANIX, giving the new members of our team a chance to see the full range of services we offer! The team toured the community, enjoyed a five-star lunch at the on-site café, and observed the luxury amenities, including a fitness center, yoga studio, art studio, French-inspired garden, and the highly sought after #pickleball court! KIRCO MANIX is proud to unveil the completed comprehensive renovation of Northwestern Mutual's office space at Columbia Center in the City of Troy (Michigan) spanning almost 30,000-square feet! The two floor update showcases a blend of modern amenities and functional design elements aimed at enhancing productivity and employee satisfaction. The office layout includes perimeter offices, executive suites, and a diverse array of conference rooms catering to various meeting sizes and styles. New reception areas greet visitors with a professional ambiance, while the addition of cafes, kitchenettes, and strategically placed coffee stations promotes convenience and collaboration throughout the workspace. Communal areas encourage interaction and teamwork among colleagues, complemented by a mix of assigned desks and hoteling options on both floors to accommodate different work preferences. The incorporation of soundproof call booths within shared spaces ensures privacy and minimizes distractions, supporting focused work and confidential conversations. Additionally, the entire space is equipped with an updated technology infrastructure, facilitating seamless connectivity and operational efficiency across departments. The 200,000 square foot Mercedes-Benz USA Financial Services Headquarters highlights our efforts in sustainable building, sitting attractively amongst the large swath of trees left untouched from the site’s original pre-construction landscape. The building is LEED certified and preserves many of its natural site features within its amenities, namely outdoor social areas, a pond and a walking path. The facility produces advanced materials like titanium alloys and thermal spray powders for various industries. This state-of-the-art site features next-generation Vacuum Induction Melting with Gas Atomization (VIGA) technology and includes a high-tech R&D lab. With around 70 employees and over $50 million invested, this facility is a significant addition to the community. We had a great day helping the team at The Children's Center of Wayne County (Detroit) prepare for the upcoming school year, packing backpacks and getting the campus cleaned-up and ready for a new group of students. KIRCO MANIX converted aramco's industrial building into a state-of-the-art research and development facility in the City of Novi, Michigan aimed at reducing carbon emissions from fossil fuels. KIRCO MANIX faced the challenge of cutting over $1 million from the budget without compromising quality and completing the project 90 days ahead of schedule. By fostering a collaborative approach among the owner, designers, and subcontractors, they successfully completed the $25 million project. Since then, KIRCO MANIX has continued to manage various phases of construction, tenant improvements, and technical updates. Additionally, KIRCO's property management team oversees the facility's ongoing management.
