KerberRose teamed up with Portage County’s Ignite Young Professionals to learn more about our community and the businesses within it. Our Stevens Point team members Shannon Czaplinski, Caleigh Sutherland, Susan Moll, and Karli Klismith had the opportunity to tour the new Food + Farm Exploration Center in Plover, Wisconsin. The agricultural center provides a range of interactive activities for the community, such as educational training for students, onsite exhibits and equipment, cooking classes, and field events. The farm obtains the world's largest functional potato masher, along with Colorful Plate Café that solely uses locally grown food and products. For the first 13 years of his career, Scott focused his skills on the employer-based retirement plan industry, primarily working with plan participants. However, he felt a pull to help individuals on a more in-depth level with their wealth journey and transitioned to individual wealth management planning. In 2019, Scott joined KerberRose, where he began honing his expertise in helping individuals maximize their wealth and building trusted relationships with clients. After earning the company’s Business Development Award in 2021, assisting other team members in building their clientele, and showcasing his desire to help others, Scott was promoted to Director of Financial Planning in 2022. As a team motivator and leader, Scott continuously looks for opportunities to help others succeed. He believes, “To be successful is to help others become successful.
