KerberRose is proud to highlight Scott Schewe CFP®, CPWA®, CRPC® in this month’s Team Member Spotlight! For the first 13 years of his career, Scott focused his skills on the employer-based retirement plan industry, primarily working with plan participants. However, he felt a pull to help individuals on a more in-depth level with their wealth journey and transitioned to individual wealth management planning. In 2019, Scott joined KerberRose, where he began honing his expertise in helping individuals maximize their wealth and building trusted relationships with clients. After earning the company’s Business Development Award in 2021, assisting other team members in building their clientele, and showcasing his desire to help others, Scott was promoted to Director of Financial Planning in 2022. As a team motivator and leader, Scott continuously looks for opportunities to help others succeed. He believes, “To be successful is to help others become successful. I truly enjoy helping our clients realize and accomplish their goals, as well as being a resource to our team, especially helping the younger team members develop their skills.” After reaching his goals and experiencing ongoing success, Scott indicated, “You have to keep pushing yourself and finding other opportunities to be successful, and the longer you work at KerberRose, you feel it’s your duty to help others grow. We are pleased to introduce two full-time team members to our firm, Lynn Smits, MS, CCP, SPHR, SHRM-SCP and Melanie Kraczek! Lynn has been appointed as the Operations Director in the Green Bay office. Melanie is joining our Payroll team as a Payroll Processor based in our Eagle River office. KerberRose was proud to sponsor the 19th Annual Giving on the Greens golf outing with the Woodson YMCA yesterday at Trapp River Golf Course! The event proceeds help support the YMCA's mission of making its programs and services accessible to all members of the community, regardless of their financial situation.
