Many companies have embraced Pride Month as a way to market to the LGBTQ+ community—though support for the queer community is more than statements and parades. According to Nielsen, 52% of consumers purchase from brands that support causes they care about and 55% also believe that brands are still not making true progress when it comes to supporting social causes.
