Introducing: The Lounge. Let’s start with #TheWetBar. A true showstopper! The dark wood-grained flat cabinetry sets a moody and dramatic tone, creating an ambiance that exudes elegance. The journey begins with standard yet refined backlit floating shelves, leading to a floating open cabinet with LED-illuminated lift-up cabinets. A set of wall-drawer cabinets seamlessly sits on the stone countertop, featuring a round undermount bar sink paired with a sleek faucet artfully positioned on an angle to the left. The magic unfolds with a captivating blue and sunset-toned wooden backsplash, adding a touch of enchantment to the space. What truly sets this wet bar apart are the trend-setting hidden angled wine racks on both end sides, crafted with natural timber. These wine racks are concealed behind a wooden panel backer, covered by fluted black moldings, with wine corks strategically pinned and scattered in the forefront. It's a harmonious blend of functionality and aesthetic appeal, making this Wet Bar a true work of art. Then right across the Wet Bar, we have a stunning silver-grained #FIREPLACE that steals the spotlight. #TheFireplace seamlessly merges with a TV wall, creating a modern focal point. The frost white arched beveled mantel, adorned with fluted black moldings, exudes elegance. Inside the fireplace, vibrant red bricks add warmth and rustic charm. On either side of the fireplace, galaxy shaker frost bench seats with timber tops beckon you to sink into comfort. To the right, an open black pantry stands proudly, housing an abundance of neatly stacked firewood. Carbone matte gray wall cabinets and sleek pitch-black floating shelves complete the contemporary look. On the left, Almagra wine finish open shelving provides a touch of color and character, paired with Carbone matte gray wall cabinets, offering both style and functionality. Above, Grigio glossy gray lift-up cabinets add a finishing touch, combining practicality with aesthetic appeal. This space is designed for true relaxation, inviting the family to unwind, indulge in reading, and bask in the warmth of the fireplace. You’ve seen the Exquisite Onyx Kitchen, And now… ——> Transition through the archway to the other side, where a walk-in Butler’s Pantry captivates with fusion stone cabinetry and rich hunter green shiplap back-paneling. The open pantry concept showcases natural oak wood sliding baskets, a wine fridge, wine racks, and a tray divider cabinet. Functionality is paramount, featuring a tall-storage accessory-pullout and upper cabinets with center-panel metal mesh chicken wire inserts, elegantly illuminated by warm puck lighting. For accessing the upper cabinets, we've incorporated an original Putnam Rolling Ladder Co Inc wooden ladder, a true and perfect signature touch to this stunning butler's pantry. Step into a luxurious space featuring our exquisite kitchen on one side and a beautifully designed butler's walk-in pantry on the other, where style meets unparalleled functionality. More on that later… On one side of the archway, the beveled Onyx Frost Kitchen commands attention, seamlessly blending walnut and pitch-black elements. The centerpiece is a stylishly covered fridge framed by two white pantries, featuring black doors with sleek black glass accents. Inside, discover the elegance of walnut rollouts, floating shelves with integrated magnetic-powered under-shelf lighting. butcher block countertops, and a striking black vertical tile backsplash. Adjacent to the sink, a discreet filler-pullout unveils a fold-away step-stool, ensuring practicality meets sophistication. A spacious pantry boasts a cleverly integrated broom cabinet, complemented by a large open cabinet/cubby for added versatility. Step into a world where luxury meets functionality with our latest Vanity Designs showcased at the Fabuwood Cabinetry Corporation booth during KBIS 2024. Here's a glimpse into the exquisite craftsmanship and attention to detail: • The Nexus Indigo Boy's Vanity, It stands out with its Naval Indigo Finish, featuring open drawer towel cubbies on both sides and a spacious pantry for ample bathroom storage. Elevated on the new detailed Vera platforms with cove feet, this piece is complemented by a soffit and a striking black/wood pendant hanging down to the left of the round-edged black mirror, adorned with chrome hardware. The backdrop of blue terrazzo wallpaper adds a touch of sophistication. • Next up is The Galaxy Timber Master's Vanity! Exudes elegance with its Galaxy Timber cabinets, featuring center-panel rattan inserts. Seated on the new Shaker platforms with taper feet, this vanity boasts two under-mount sinks, accompanied by matte black wall-mounted faucets. Additional storage is provided by floor and door-mounted pullout accessories. Completing the ensemble are a set of two natural wooden-framed mirrors, paired with a round rattan/black wall lighting sconce and charming rope/rattan knobs. The backdrop is adorned with reeded wood-looking wallpaper, creating a cohesive and stylish design for a luxurious bathroom setting. • Followed by The Illume Guest's Vanity True modern elegance. featuring Illume Bianco glossy white and Grigio glossy gray flat frameless cabinetry. The floating concept showcases a concrete vessel sink on a glossy white stone countertop, complemented by a Grigio glossy drawer with towel cubbies and three bottom drawers. The Bianco glossy white build-up on the left boasts four recessed niches, a soffit above, and cut-back wall cabinets used as medicine cabinets with mirror doors. The walls are adorned with concrete-look wallpaper. And finally, last but certainly not least :) Bask in the allure of the… • Luna Coral-Pink Makeup Vanity. This eye-catching piece is adorned with a slim-shaker custom finish in coral pink. The design features a vanity drawer on the right for convenient storage of hairdryer and hair rollers, a knee drawer with a makeup storage drawer insert in the center, and a 4-drawer cabinet on the left. The stone countertop, “loft” faded white with grey tones, hosts a wall-drawer to the left with a reeded glass door. The ensemble is accentuated by an odd-shaped gold mirror, a fluted glass brass wall sconce, and brass ring door/drawer hardware. Introducing the Fabuwood Cabinetry Corporation Galaxy Pistachio Green laundry room display, where functionality meets timeless elegance. The focal point is a stunning farm sink cabinet featuring a white farmhouse apron front sink. Cleverly designed, it conceals a fold-away ironing board in its drawer and pullout hampers for seamless organization. The natural maple countertop provides an expansive folding space, complemented by washer/dryer machines elevated on 2 drawer cabinets with a convenient sliding shelf. This unique setup ensures effortless laundry transfer. The atmosphere is enhanced by dove-finished shiplap wall paneling, harmonizing with the brass and wood hardware, plumbing fixtures, and sconces lighting. The soffit above integrates closed and open cabinetry for versatile storage solutions. Below, a brass rod suspends for hanging, paired with a timber shelf for additional storage. Step into a culinary haven where modern sophistication seamlessly intertwines with vintage charm. The kitchen boasts pitch-black + natural timber slim-shaker cabinetry, exuding a perfect blend of sleek aesthetics and rustic allure. Artisan hoods take center stage, while floating shelves suspended by rope flank either side, providing a visually striking storage solution. The focal point of the space is the angled, backlit front waterfall stone island, radiating an inviting glow. Practicality meets style with an abundance of storage accessory pullouts ingeniously tucked away throughout the kitchen. The cabinetry features black glass doors, creating a dramatic contrast against the warm ambiance of the natural timber. Separated by a graceful archway adorned with frosted fluted slide-away walnut doors, this space offers offers both privacy and serene relaxation in elegance. A soft Scandinavian-inspired fireplace invites cozy gatherings, while a uniquely-shaped two-tone sofa beckons for comfort. Two unique green and walnut chairs add a touch of character, complemented by a concrete/wooden coffee table resting atop a plush tan-cowhide rug. To complete the ambiance, side tables provide practicality, while a stunning round brass and white chandelier illuminates the room.
