The New Terminal One (NTO) at JFK International Airport is developing a new world-class international terminal that will reimagine the travel experience and create opportunities for local, minority and women-owned business enterprises and service-disabled veteran-owned businesses. The US$9+ billion first phase is the single largest asset project financing in US history. NTO is privately financed by a consortium of labor, operating and financial partners: Ferrovial, JLC Infrastructure, Ullico and Carlyle.

Our Chief of Engagement, Melva M. Miller, MSW, MPhil, joined our team to celebrate with the members of the Far Rockaway community during the Spirit of Rockaway event on July 12 at O'Donohue Park in Far Rockaway, where we shared information about The New Terminal One at JFK and opportunities to partner with us on this transformational project.
