Interstate Companies, Inc. is an industrial distributor, assembler, truck dealer, and a maintenance and repair provider. Our five operating divisions get their executive leadership, strategic planning, Acounting, IT, HR and Warranty support from our Corporate facility. Our operating divisions are: Interstate AssemblySystems - an ISO 9001:2008 certified assembler. Interstate BearingSystems - a distributor of industrial bearings and power transmission products. We are a member of both BSA and PTDA. Interstate IndustrialSystems - a leading provider of Plant Services and field maintenance labor. We offer flexible labor solutions for contract and project-based work in mining, oilfield, and remote maintenance environments. Interstate PowerSystems - an industrial distributor and maintenance and repair provider. We sell and service diesel engines, transport refrigeration, industrial automatic transmissions, and other products for both on-road and off-road applications. I-State Truck Centers - a family of full-service truck dealerships. We sell, service and support commercial vehicles and heavy-duty trailers.
