For those of you at the ATD San Antonio (Association of Talent Development) and ICF San Antonio Chapter networking event, what was your favorite part? Kerri Burchill, PhD, PCC is still giggling at this cool concept, "rapid applause." The name says it all but you can steal it from Linda Salazar's facilitation skills last night. Do tell - what did you love about last night? https://lnkd.in/gY_U8a8D

Here is an example of how our coaching chapter supports one another. We had Cathy Carroll, MBA, PCC and Kerri Burchill, PhD, PCC, a couple of our coaches, launch their books yesterday. We leveraged our relationship in the community with laTEAda Tea Shop. So many coaches showed up to support. In our chapter, we pull the wisdom from within our chapter to benefit from each other and to benefit each other. How? Things like mastermind groups, programs offered from the expertise within our chapter, and specialized programming with Austin and Houston sister chapters. We are in momentum and would love to share our momentum with you. Carissa Gay, MCC, Bruce Harrison, M.A., SHRM-CP, PMP, Cathryn Baker, @Amanda and Phil Kang

Wow what a great night together with some amazing people and incredible coaches! The ICF San Antonio chapter had our summer social/mixer tonight! We had coaches from all over the San Antonio metro area; internal coaches to external coaches making an impact and serving our clients with excellence. I saw coaches reconnect, collaborate, network, and strategize about greater impact in their coaching space. As I always say, "We are better together"! It was great to see you all! If you are a coach in the San Antonio area and would like to learn more about the ICF San Antonio chapter or coaching in general, send me an email to President@ICFSA.org or go online to www.ICFSanAntonio.org.
