When I help a new franchise owner, I aim to provide them with a territory that supports growth without the need for excessive debt or purchasing extra units. For example, if a Dryer Vent truck can service 600-700 homes annually, I allocate a territory with 80,000 to 120,000 households. This allows them to expand to 3 or 4 trucks without requiring more territory.
