Addressing Hawaii's mental health issues is a top priority for government leadership and health entities like HMSA. What was once a "taboo" topic, mental health is now being pulled into the light to help those who struggle with it. "We really want people to know it's okay not to be okay," said Dr. Kenny Fink, health director, Hawaii Department of Hawaii. "It's okay to talk about mental health and it's okay to ask for help."
