Work at the Health Ministries Clinic Pharmacy in Newton KS continues! The project includes the construction of a second drive-thru lane, a 1400 sf addition, and remodel of existing areas. The additional drive-thru lane was completed in early May. Once the addition is finished in early July, the remodel will begin. We are thrilled to be a part of HMC’s Pharmacy expansion!

Swope Health is embarking on a $100 million phased project featuring senior housing, behavioral health units, and diverse healthcare services. This master-planned, 12-acre campus will provide 200 affordable senior housing units, 75 mental health housing units, and facilities for substance use treatment and PACE KC participants. Designed with our partner Perkins Eastman, the project will include office and retail spaces, a new Kansas City Health Department office, a community center, the renovation of St. Louis Parish church, a prairie garden, amphitheater, outdoor basketball court, playground, and flexible event spaces. Swope Health Village aspires to be Missouri's first Purpose Built Community, a network dedicated to reducing health and socioeconomic disparities. Demolition has started, with construction set to begin in early 2025. Swope's CEO Jeron Ravin, JD expressed gratitude for the city's support. "We are extremely grateful for the city’s vote of confidence in Swope Health Village. We have served this neighborhood for 55 years and will continue to honor our strong connections by being wise stewards of these investments." This ambitious initiative will significantly enhance access to resources and amenities that prioritize health, wellness, and quality of life for Kansas City residents.
