Heritage Woods has compassionately served adults 65 and older who may need some help to maintain their independence since the community opened in 2003. We provide a wonderful alternative to a nursing home or the lonely prospect of struggling at home. Our apartments are available on a rental basis and especially designed for those who cannot afford private pay assisted living.
