    So - I was having a challenge recently getting a denture with printed teeth to match an opposing All-On-X case, and it led me to a little empirical testing. While all 3 products matched the A2, the printed teeth matched areas of the tab, but not the entirety of the tab. This has always been known with printed teeth - when using a monolithic resin you have to engineer the color to match incisal, body, or cervical, then use anatomized libraries to create the effects that bring the match closer. This is all good with Full over Full cases - the challenge comes with dissimilar materials. My conclusion? If you want to match the tab exactly, you are going to need to mill the teeth using a multi-layer PMMA. I had been hearing so many good things about the Harvest Dental Esthetic PMMA, I included it in this test. Wow...! My photos aren't the best (anyone teaching an iPhone photo class?), but in my eye, the Harvest PMMA was the hands down winner in matching the tab and providing a super esthetic result.
