Through determination to be good stewards of the fortunes we’ve been given, our team continues to give back through ‘Birtcher Blessings.’ Alex Staff, Acquisitions Associate, felt compelled to give to Habitat for Humanity of Orange County, CA, a nonprofit organization that helps build strong and stable communities through affordable housing. “I’m excited to assist Habitat for Humanity’s incredible work with providing families in our local communities with adequate and affordable shelter. Their commitment to creating a safe and nurturing environment for these families is a gift that keeps on giving.” - Alex Staff For more information about Habitat of Humanity, visit: https://habitatoc.org/ . . #BirtcherBlessings #BirtcherGivesBack #BirtcherDevelopment #WeAreBirtcher #GiveYourTimeTalentTreasure

With a critical housing shortage, all new builds make a difference, but it's important that we ensure they are affordable for our Orange County families. #HabitatOC is already in the process of building 6 new affordable homes this year in Santa Ana (which we officially break ground on this month!). Stay tuned to hear all the latest developments!
