GWSB Undergraduate Programs and the Undergraduate Business Association (UBA) hosted the 11th annual Into the Industry Conference at the GW School of Business! The Into the Industry Conference is designed to help students make informed decisions about their future career paths after graduation. By attending the in-person conference, students had the opportunity to expand their professional network, learn about ways to prepare for their career during their undergraduate years, and set achievable goals for their future. About us
The future of business education is rooted in global, societal, and political needs, and is measured by its global impact. At the GW School of Business (GWSB), we are preparing our students to confront challenges while making organizations more competitive and responsible. Students at GWSB are educated in the liberal arts alongside concentrated study in business concepts and practice. They work collaboratively, conduct independent and team research, volunteer throughout the D.C. area and at campus events, and learn to manage their future careers.

Congratulations to Alina Lee, Mason Levitt, Elliot Lo, and Kyler Rowzee who competed at the 20th Annual McDonough Business Strategy Challenge (MBSC) that was hosted by Georgetown University between February 6-10, 2024. This year’s case brought together teams from around the world to assist Academy of Hope, an adult public charter school, in best structuring their organization to maximize impact on the DC community. The team scored an 88% in their bracket and were commended on their excellent team dynamic. Please join us in celebrating the team’s hard work and commitment to nonprofit efforts. We would also like to thank the coaching team for this year’s competition including staff advisors Emma Custis and Joseph Miranda, as well as student coaches Catalina Campos, James Glockenmeier, Prerna Polepally, and Yaseen Shah.
