GGC patient, Michael Thames, and his wife, Caitlin, are grateful to GGC and especially our PA, Laura Buch, for the exceptional care they receive. Thanks to this lovely couple for sharing their GGC story! "There are a lot of unknowns when your partner has a chronic genetic condition which can be incredibly overwhelming and scary at times. Fortunately, the medical care provided by Greenwood Genetic Center is not something I have to worry about. Not only is the treatment team committed to keeping up with the latest research and treatment for the most effective outcomes, but I know that they truly care about my husband and his well-being. While everyone on my husband’s treatment team is wonderful, I want to honor Laura Buch. I have never met a healthcare provider as compassionate, supportive, attentive, and responsive as Laura Buch. Laura goes above and beyond her job description. She is always available to answer questions, ease my concerns, and read new research articles my husband sends her. Every patient deserves to receive the quality of care Laura provides, but not everyone is as lucky. I am so immensely grateful that my husband is cared for by Laura and the Greenwood Genetic Center."
