As a member of the GFR Team she received the opportunity to work with her dream mentor and will be an official part of the 2023/2024 Laureate cohort. Iwona met her mentor, Alina Adamowicz, earlier this year and from the moment they met, something just clicked. Alina is a remarkable therapist, psychologist, lecturer, and business coach. Iwona, under Alina’s guidance, will create an inspiring podcast focused on women’s empowerment, sisterhood, and the power of women supporting women. PART 3/4 - "Youth Empowerment" This month has been filled with events that have triggered many of my reflections. I have decided to share them in 4 "parts" 😉 On the 14th of June, I had the pleasure of attending the Girls Future Ready Foundation Annual Gala, which celebrated another impactful year of the Foundation. I am truly delighted about our collaboration with the Girls Future Ready (GFR) foundation and the broad impact we are creating together. It has been almost 2 years since Roche Polska and GFR started our partnership, and I have been continuously impressed by this dedication to fulfilling the mission of helping girls in Poland to be prepared for future challenges. I am fully committed to youth empowerment and women's solidarity, which GFR enables through practical projects, mentoring, and inspiration. Our collaboration is based on mutual respect and shared values. We engage in a wide variety of activities, including workshops that provide concrete skills to learn and mentorship programs that involve working on tangible projects together. We also learn from the members of the foundation, and believe me, there is a lot to learn as they bring fresh insights and new ways of thinking. It's not just about individual reverse mentoring; whenever possible, we also seek advisory input on our organizational matters. Enabling and empowering our collaboration has been personally fulfilling for me. Building the strengths of future generations and future leaders is a privilege that I am proud of and deeply cherish. I share GFR's passion, and through this collaboration, I am gaining new perspectives and potentially exploring new directions that the world will soon be heading towards, led by these remarkable individuals. I have great respect for the experience that GFR members gain fast through their contributions. My reflection is that we are not just helping the younger generation grow for the future, but we are also actively shaping our future together, with increasing initiative and ideas from the emerging leaders. Embracing multigenerational collaboration promotes an inclusive work environment where individuals from all generations feel valued and appreciated.

During the last #HerStory Masterclass of this edition we met with Anita Werner, one of the most influential #Polish news journalists, we discussed topics related to working in the media, public speaking, and building professional success. Every session brings forth numerous questions and expressions of gratitude, but the atmosphere fostered by Anita was truly unique. Participants expressed curiosity about various aspects of the media, such as the power of authenticity, the importance of incorporating real-life examples, the pros and cons of being in the spotlight, and how to establish oneself in the industry.
