Focus Personal Training Institute (FPTI) is a New York State Department of Education licensed and nationally accredited school for personal trainers. Classes at FPTI are conducted in a private, personal setting with teacher/studio ratios designed for intensive learning. Learning that provides students with the practical and academic tools to succeed as a professional personal trainer. The FPTI curriculum is taught by a faculty of elite personal trainers, clinicians and coaches who are committed to technical, ethical and service-oriented excellence. FPTI's parent organization, Focus Integrated Fitness, is a thriving fitness business which keeps FPTI on the cutting edge of the personal training industry. Thank you to Jereli Narvaez and Casey Holgan , CSCS, MES, PN1 for a great presentation on "Optimizing Nutrition for Performance" at our recent workshop. They covered the essentials of macronutrients, hydration strategies, and the importance of meal timing to maximize physical and mental performance. It was great to see the members of our community, from physical therapists to personal trainers, come together to advance their knowledge. Stay tuned for more workshops and events to follow!

It’s hard to believe its been a week since IHRSA 2024. We couldn’t have asked for a better show. Amazing energy, great people, and new equipment. Tools to assist with recovery definitely had a strong representation this time around. It’s always interesting to see how the industry evolves each year. And, we were thankful for the opportunity to connect with others who share our mission to advance fitness education through hands-on training.
