Our Women’s ERG, SheForges had the opportunity to volunteer at Flying Horse Farms, a specialty camp that provides experiences at no cost for kids with serious illnesses to heal, grow, and thrive. The incoming campers are all affected by rare disease, a community we care about deeply and have built our mission around serving. Thank you to the volunteers for dedicating their time and talents to this incredible organization!

There are many paths to a biotech career, including pursuing a Ph.D. Forge's Blake E. Szkoda, PhD, Scientist I in Analytical Development, inspired our Ignite interns by sharing how a Ph.D. can unlock multiple career opportunities. Blake spoke about his Ph.D. application process, research projects, and answered questions from our interns interested in pursuing their own graduate degree.
