Given that transportation accounts for 37% of Massachusetts' greenhouse emissions, this program is a vital component of the state's strategy to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050. Key Highlights- Funding Tracks: Planning Track: Up to $100,000 for community engagement, site identification, and feasibility analysis. Demonstration Track: Up to $3 million for implementing sustainable mobility services. Eligible Projects: Include shared bikes, e-bikes, e-scooters, on-demand electric ride-hailing, and small-scale public transit services.
