Field Operations has been at the forefront of landscape architecture and planning for over two decades, with the overarching goal of creating more livable, adaptable, and vibrant places for people. Our body of work includes campuses, and we believe next generation campuses should be embedded within lively communities, incorporate nature, foster health and resilience, and include social spaces for collaboration, inspiration, and joy. Kimberly Cooper, RLA is a leader for our campus work, and she'll be at this year's Society for College and University Planning (SCUP) Conference next week. Reach out to Kim at kcooper@fieldoperations.net if you're interested in meeting up!

The future is taking shape at Wynwood Plaza! Our design for a unique Portal Canopy is being brought to life through the meticulous art of concrete formwork. While the final form might still be under construction, the vision is clear: This portal canopy is more than just a shelter from the elements. It's a sculptural canopy with graceful curves that will soon become a landmark entrance to Wynwood Plaza. Imagine walking beneath its flowing form and entering a lush plaza. This canopy will not only provide shelter but also serve as a beautiful base for a vibrant green roof featuring cascading Railorad vine and golden creeper. It's set to become a pretty cool entrance! We extend our gratitude to our partners in this project for their expertise in transforming our vision into reality: Moss & Associates , Tekton Construction and the amazing client team : Oak Row Equities, L&L Holding Company and Fortis Design + Build Renderings and Design : Field Operations Construction pictures : Moss & Associates #WynwoodPlaza #Concrete #Miami #Construction #Design #Innovation #wynwood

We are thrilled to announce that The Underline Phase 3 has been honored with a Merit Award after our submission to the 2024 ASLA-NY Design Awards. Since the inception of Phase 1, we've prioritized design and its impact on the environment, community safety, and connectivity. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has contributed to bringing this vision to life: Field Operations, NV2A Group, Miami-Dade County Department of Transportation and Public Works, Commissioner Eileen Higgins, Commissioner Raquel Regalado, and Daniella Levine Cava, and our dedicated community leaders. This achievement wouldn't have been possible without the tremendous support from our community – from active participation in public meetings to volunteering and generous donations. It's the collective effort of our community that fuels this project! Find out more: https://lnkd.in/gPBKvwnX
