Modernizing how the government conducts human resources, that's the subject of a lot of modernization effort. A case in point: The Human Resources Quality Services Management Office recently launched at the Office of Personnel Management. This guest says U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and the QSMO have become an information hub for the several agencies trying to modernize their HR processes.
