Last week, NCFL hosted its annual All Staff Family Gathering (ASFG) at the Parklands of Floyds Fork. This multi-day, in-person event allows staff from across the country to join together for shared learning and team-building opportunities. This year’s ASFG included a book study of Dr. Seth Kaplan’s Fragile Neighborhoods, a Q&A with the author, and an org-wide Rock-Paper-Scissors tournament.

About us
The National Center for Families Learning (NCFL) works to eradicate poverty through education solutions for families. We are a national nonprofit that supports family success and well-being through education. We partner with communities on initiatives where families develop their literacy and leadership skills. When parents and children are engaged in learning together, the whole family benefits. NCFL's vision is that by 2030, aligned and coordinated family learning systems are established in 60 communities, built with and for families, to increase education and economic outcomes, creating more equitable communities.
