    Here are a few quotes from CROs who have had unfavorable experiences with transactional recruiters: "I spent 3 months in an interview process and was ghosted by the recruiter" "The recruiter sent me a vague message saying I wasn't a fit and provided no detail" "The recruiter told me relocation wasn't required only for me to find out later that it was (they just wanted to get me into process)" At Falcon, we take the candidate interview experience extremely seriously (we even measure it). Because we fundamentally believe in creating deep relationships with our executives...even if they don't fit the opportunity we're discussing. That approach pays incredible dividends in the long-run.     Building Trust with Clients In today's world of Executive Search, having a steady pipeline of candidates is crucial to building a long term relationship with our clients. Given Falcon's focus on the PE-backed middle market, there is a constant need to stay ahead of market trends and keep clients informed of what we see with C suite candidates. The reality is that, in today's market, top candidates are often evaluating multiple opportunities. Having a steady stream of new candidates ready to interview is a point of pride at Falcon.
