We are excited to announce that yesterday, we opened our newest hospital in Ardmore, Oklahoma! Congratulations to our outstanding Exceptional Community Hospital - Ardmore team members for all the hard work and effort that went into making it a successful opening! Exceptional Healthcare now operates hospitals in Arizona, Oklahoma, and Texas. We also have additional hospitals coming soon to Arizona and New Mexico!

We love celebrating our amazing staff during Hospital Week! As we wrap up a week full of food, fun and sweet treats, we want to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to all the staff and providers that have chosen to be part of our Exceptional Community Hospital teams. Front desk staff at Exceptional Community Hospital - Ardmore spent the last couple of days volunteering with Operation BBQ Relief to provide meals to families and individuals impacted by the recent tornado that devastated the community of Sulphur, Oklahoma. We continue to send thoughts and prayers to all the communities recently impacted by severe weather in Southern Oklahoma, and we look forward to serving your healthcare needs through the opening our Ardmore hospital in the near future.

Today, staff at Exceptional Community Hospital - Maricopa presented the Maricopa Panty with 1,000 pounds of food and a check for $5,000. Community initiatives like the recent Food Drives that our hospitals are holding show how much our staff care about the well-being of people living in the communities we serve.

Way to go Exceptional Community Hospital - Yuma on a very successful Huddle Up for Hunger Food Drive! The hospital partnered with Yuma Catch and Go Flag Football to collect 1,640 pounds of food for the Yuma Community Food Bank. Thank you for making a difference in your community!

Congratulations to Valeria Valdez on being named the April employee of the month at Exceptional Community Hospital - Yuma! Valeria works at the front desk and has been a valued team member since the hospital opened. She greets everyone with a smile and is always in good spirits. Valeria is described by her peers as going above and beyond in everything she does and is always willing to help others. Thank you, Valeria, for everything you do for your peers, leadership, and patients. We are proud to have you on the Exceptional team!

Congratulations to Exceptional Community Hospital - Bullhead City for completing a successful survey by CIHQ - Center for Improvement in Healthcare Quality! The hospital has successfully met the requirements for Hospital Accreditation by demonstrating compliance with CIHQ Standards and the Conditions of Participation by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. This recognition reflects the hospital’s continuous commitment to safety and quality patient care. You can read more about the hospital's new accreditation below.

Exceptional Community Hospital - Maricopa recently named their Quarterly Employees of the Month. Congratulations to lead security officer Rick Vaughn and Kitchen & Environmental Services team member Patricia Justin for being recognized as Exceptional team members. These outstanding employees were selected because they demonstrate strong work ethic, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence.

Jessica Hancock was recently named employee of the month at Exceptional Community Hospital - Bullhead City. Jessica works as an ER Technician and was recognized by leadership for always going above and beyond for patients and her co-workers. Congratulations Jessica!
