ESM is the premier sports marketing agency in the country. We represent athletes in the NFL, PGA and LPGA. ESM also represents brands for athlete talent procurement, and provides consultation to universities and collegiate athletes regarding the potential 2021 NIL rights that will allow NCAA athletes to profit off their likeness. Our creative and non-traditional approach to marketing and branding in football and golf representation has led to a number of record-setting endorsement deals. We have become a global power while keeping an exclusive client list of high character athletes. We build partnerships between our clients and their favorite brands that last long after their professional career is finished. ESM Talent represents domestic and worldwide brands for athlete procurement of activations, partnerships, and endorsements. ESM Collegiate is a consulting service for universities and college athletes as they position themselves to maximize the opportunities of the NCAA NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) rights that will be implemented in 2021.

    ESM Joins Forces with All-American Safety Malaki Starks and Powerade to Unveil "It Takes More" Campaign ESM, the foremost sports agency specializing in Commercial NIL, sports strategy, and deal procurement, is thrilled to announce a groundbreaking collaboration between All-American safety Malaki Starks of the The University of Georgia, two-time reigning National Champions, and Powerade. This partnership marks an exciting milestone in the landscape of student-athlete endorsements and signifies a significant step forward in the investment from global commercial partners. The sports drink has been a sponsor of the NCAA since 2010. It launched its first NIL campaign during this spring’s March Madness, signing contracts with 37 men’s and women’s college basketball players. Now the The Coca-Cola Company has made its largest NIL push yet, signing five college football players with plans for activations across TV, social media and radio. Florida State‘s Jared Verse, LSU quarterback Jayden Daniels, Georgia cornerback Malaki Starks, USC wide receiver Mario Williams and Iowa running back Kaleb Johnson. The hydration drink has partnerships at more than 20 schools. Powerade made sure athletes were able to rep their institution’s IP marks in the deal. “As the official hydration partner for many big-time programs, we want Powerade to be synonymous with college football – and there was no better way than to team up with several of the best athletes in the country for our newest campaign,” BODYARMOR Sports Nutrition chief marketing officer Thomas Gargiulo  said in a statement. “These top players embody who we are as a brand, putting in the work in hopes of getting to the next level. Hyatt Hotels Corporation announces a continued collaboration with wide receiver Jalin Hyatt as he embarks on his professional football career in New York this fall.  In 2022, Hyatt became one of the first hotel brands to announce a name, image and likeness (NIL) deal with a college athlete.
