Plant-based foods are delicious and beneficial for both people and the planet. They offer an alternative to traditional proteins while significantly reducing our environmental footprint. Our partnership with The Plant-It Food Co. introduces a plant-based chicken alternative for our plant-forward recipes. To celebrate, Eurest Executive Chef Gio Ricci and The Plant-It Food Co’s Global Culinary Leader Patrick Clement hosted a Chef’s Table at Citizens campus in Johnston, Rhode Island. To commemorate this partnership, over 50 volunteers planted 30 native trees and shrubs along the Woonasquatucket River Watershed Council Greenway. It's been graduation season at Eurest! 🎓 We are incredibly proud of our Global University of Lifelong Learning (GULL) graduates who have completed 16 weeks of coursework to prepare them for the next step in their careers. This program started over 15 years ago with just 10 graduates and has grown significantly. Since expanding nationwide in 2021, we've had 383 graduates from 38 states, 56% of whom are women, and an overall graduate retention rate of 82%. In 2024, we celebrated more than 150 graduates, 30 of whom had already been promoted to salaried or supervisory roles. We are excited to see our graduates continue to move on and up, shining brightly in their careers. Congratulations to all!

We had a special opportunity to offer a unique internship experience that's not just a resume booster but a chance for impact. Meet Leticia and Grace, two Taunton High School seniors from the Boston, MA, area. They brought fresh perspectives and enthusiasm as marketing interns this spring. They focused on marketplace design visualization with AutoCAD software, and their designs are now being used as inspiration for future marketplaces. We're proud of their accomplishments and the incredible work they've done during their time here! Read more on their experience on our blog: https://lnkd.in/gXTeC3av
