We are excited to announce Devin Allison, a Superintendent with Estes Construction, has successfully completed the coursework for the 2024 Spring Building a Safety Champion Series, and is the second graduate of the 2024 class. Devin completed the cultural assessment of his organization and established his own influential leadership attribute, initiated one personal improvement, and established his own personal vision for safety while identifying several best practices for his organization to consider implementing on their own journey of safety excellence. Join us in congratulating Devin on his accomplishments while starting his journey as an influential leader in his community, home, and work!

Project Update: ITA Childcare Exciting progress is being made at the ITA Childcare project. Wall framing and rough-ins for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire sprinklers are continuing smoothly. The relocation of the water service valve has begun, and in-wall inspections have been completed. Looking ahead, we will begin gypsum board and plumbing insulation installation, as well as overhead rough-ins and door frame installation. Project Update: The Meridian Apartments Exciting progress at The Meridian in downtown Des Moines! Here's the latest: 🔹 Exterior Façade: Installation continues. 🔹 5th Level: Trim-outs, cabinets, flooring, and appliances progressing well. 🔹 4th Level: Flooring and mechanical trim-out started. 🔹 3rd Level: Casework installation ongoing. 🔹 2nd Level: Gypcrete and gypsum board work moving forward. 🔹 1st Level: Tub/shower valving and exterior framing continue. Phase 2 of the UnityPoint Health Moline Campus - Trinity Cancer Center project is officially underway! We’ve just wrapped up the demolition and are now moving forward with establishing brand new patient and reception areas. Project Update on the ISU Bruce McKee Complex Remodel: We're excited to share that the demolition phase has begun at the Bruce McKee Complex! Our team is hard at work dismantling the interior walls, and removing the old mechanical and electrical systems to make way for the new and improved facilities. Stay tuned for more updates and progress photos as we transform this space into a state-of-the-art complex.

In the areas shown in the photos, we're currently framing up walls in the apartment units and starting the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) rough-ins. Here's what we've been up to: 🐾 Big Cat & Eagle Enclosures: Demolition has begun to make way for new and improved habitats. 🐹 Guinea Pig Enclosure: New steel structures have been erected, providing a sturdier and safer environment. 🦒 Giraffe House: CMU patch work has been completed, ensuring a solid foundation for these gentle giants.
