We are proud to present Energize Capital's 2023 Annual Impact & ESG Report!   This annual review showcases our evolving impact and ESG strategies and performance across our firm and portfolio.   Some highlights: 🌿 In 2023, Our portfolio helped enable 26.64 million MTCO2e in gross avoided carbon emissions. We estimate that 2.8 million MTCO2e is directly attributable to our portfolio technologies (net). ⚡ Our portfolio supported the deployment of essential climate technologies, including 2.3 GWh of battery storage, 450K electric vehicles, and 11.4 GW of solar capacity. 🤝 We surpassed gender parity in our investment team, with 75% of our overall team identifying as women or as members of underrepresented groups.   In addition to reaching these milestones, we incorporated new tools, processes, and collaborations to ensure that our measurement and analysis of these metrics were more robust than ever.   We thank our investors, partners, portfolio companies, and team members for their invaluable contributions to this report.   Read the full report here: https://lnkd.in/dcnvbUBU
