Employee Referral Bonus Drawing
This year we launched our new Employee Referral Bonus Program. The launch started with 2 cash bonus drawings for the first 3 months of the Referral Bonus Program. Each referral that made it to the interview process gave the referring employee 1 entry into the drawing. Multiple referrals meant more chances to win for the employee. Our Talent Acquisition Team came up with creative ways to do the drawing and in September it was a football toss!
Halloween Hijincks
The Empyrean team held a Halloween Contest and this past year and the creative juices were flowing! Our Categories were "Best Client Oriented", "Best Empyrean Themed", "Best Group", "Funniest", "Most Creative" and "Scariest." Employees, Spouses, Children and Pets each were eligible to enter. The kids and pets were just the best! Great Job Team!!
