Three cheers for Traci, who is celebrating three years at Edgewood this week!! 🎉🎉🎉 In 2021, Traci started as a corporate marketing and recruitment coordinator. She quickly worked her way into the corporate marketing and recruitment manager role, helping to create her current team. Traci enjoys attracting great new talent to help serve our residents and reduce the workload for current staff. When She's away from work, you can find Traci cuddling with her dog, Gnocchi, enjoying UND hockey games, or reading. Thanks so much for the last three years, Traci! We appreciate all you do! 👏👏

Congratulations to Hannah! She’s celebrating FIVE years with Edgewood!! 🎉👏 Hannah started working at Edgewood while attending Minot State University. After finishing her degree in social work, she accepted the position of admissions and family relations director, and we’re so happy she did! Like many of our staff, the residents are the reason she loves coming to work each day. She enjoys meeting new families and helping residents through a new chapter in their lives. When Hannah is away from Edgewood, you can find her enjoying a homecooked meal with her family, playing competitive games of pickleball, or traveling—it’s her goal to visit all 50 states! Thank you, Hannah, for the last five years; we look forward to many more! 🎉

Set sail with your team whenever you can! With a great few days of meetings + the chance to soak in a little pontoon fun! Some great ideas can come full circle when cell service and computers are compromised. Creating moments to bring our teams together brings refreshed minds & strengthened bonds and that’s what makes us a truly unbeatable company. The importance behind coming together to not only take a minute to celebrate and appreciate our wins, but also to recap, refine, and refocus on how we can continue to grow and serve our residents and employees. It's invaluable to say the least. It also is good for the soul to take advantage of that "human interaction" that simply just cannot be replicated virtually.

Congratulations to Dani on her first anniversary with Edgewood! 👏 After becoming a new mom, Dani joined us as an RN and has since been promoted to clinical services director. She's pleasant and patient and has been an absolute rockstar in her new role! In her spare time, Dani enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, Oliva and Foster. Thanks so much, Dani for your first year with us! We are looking forward to having you for MANY more!! 🎉🎉

Mike is celebrating nine years with Edgewood Bismarck tomorrow! 🎉🎉 He's a big help to our building and great with our residents! Mike joined us as a transporter after he retired from working in probation and parole for the state of ND. When he's not working at Edgewood, you can find him out on the course chipping away at some golf balls. ⛳ We're thankful for Mike! Please help us congratulate him on nine amazing years!! 👏
