With that, for any of my fellow leaders within the staffing, search or grander HC technology labor market looking for that 'magic bullet' to differentiate your firm from the increasingly commoditized competitive masses...you're looking at them. Finding marketing/solution suite communication partners got increasingly harder for me over the years because they all began to sound the same...the same stock photos for the marketing brochure or convention booth, the same generic business rhetoric for service or attribute descriptions, the same repetitive social media outreach void of specific client application that engages, etc...
They weren't bad companies, they just didn't have the 'advantage' of 'working the life' or experiencing this insane COVID-induced labor market from the front lines like recruiters servicing & evolving with their HC clients in realtime.
To stand out in staffing today is to apply your message SPECIFICALLY to a delivery system, an executive or other role/title, providers of ALL types, not just who you're comfortable selling or recruiting to because you want to be a partner with the entire clinical enterprise team, not just an interchangeable vendor to a silo of it. You want to make them think "finally, someone actually understands what I'm facing internally & how we got here versus just throwing vacancy statistics at me."
I believe that is what Cybill & SVC Marketing Team do better than 'traditional' marketing/PR partners because they've recruited it getting those bruises along with the rest of us. The horizon looks calmer, but that's when the next storm can sneak up on you, let SVC be the next marketing firm to navigate you thru these post-COVID waters.
