We are thrilled to announce that on July 9 at Frame Park in Waukesha, 17 participants from our Safe Babies Healthy Families (SBHF) program will be graduating and preparing to start kindergarten. It's an exciting milestone, and we are committed to supporting them as they begin their educational journey. The goal of our SBHF program is to foster nurturing parent-child relationships through comprehensive services. We offer prenatal education, parenting programs, and educate families about resources available in our community. Our personalized care includes tailored home visits until children are ready for kindergarten. Additionally, we empower at-risk families in Milwaukee, Waukesha, Walworth, and Jefferson regions to build strong health, social, and financial networks. Our dedicated team provides crucial education and guidance, partnering with parents to achieve lasting positive change. We are currently seeking a sponsor to help make this celebration even more special.
