At DIVERSITY in Ed, our mission is to foster DEI in education by providing a JOB BOARD, VIRTUAL RECRUITMENT FAIR and print MAGAZINE to connect diverse and bilingual, career-seeking educators with school employers, higher-ed institutions and professional organizations committed to recruitment, hiring and retain them. Our goal is simple yet impactful: to help employers find the best teachers and teachers find the best jobs. What We Offer: • Job Board: Our online job board serves as a centralized hub where schools can discover talented and diverse educators, while teachers can explore a wide range of opportunities aligned with their passion and expertise. • Virtual Job Fairs: We organize virtual job fairs that bring together schools and teachers in an interactive online environment, fostering meaningful connections and facilitating efficient hiring processes. • Print Magazine: DIVERSITY in Ed Magazine, distributed at over 1,000 universities and colleges nationwide, features insightful articles, success stories, and expert perspectives, providing valuable resources and inspiration to educators and education leaders. Our Vision: We envision building the largest national education community network of diverse teachers and education leaders, collaborating to transform the education industry in groundbreaking and beneficial ways.
